GPhC Registration Number: 9012511
Effective Date: July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Winsford is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Winsford, United Kingdom. Our GPhC registration number is 9012511. We provide weight loss consultation services and dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter weight management treatments to eligible patients.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our medical questionnaire honestly and in full before any treatment is considered. We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or where incomplete or inaccurate information has been provided.

Prescription weight loss treatments are only available to individuals who meet the relevant clinical criteria, including appropriate BMI thresholds and absence of contraindicated medical conditions. Eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of our prescribing pharmacist or clinician.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified, GPhC-registered prescriber. A prescription will only be generated where it is safe and clinically appropriate to do so. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use within our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided during your consultation is accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your order and referral to relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will not be charged for the medication. Any applicable consultation fees will be clearly stated prior to completion of your order.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked service. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You must ensure that a suitable recipient is available to accept delivery at the address provided. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for arranging redelivery or collection in accordance with the courier's terms.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before your consultation has been reviewed by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been generated and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medications and UK pharmacy regulations.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided through our service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always inform your GP or regular healthcare provider of any medications prescribed through our service.

We accept no liability for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of treatments where inaccurate or incomplete health information was provided during consultation. If you experience any unexpected side effects or medical concerns, seek immediate advice from your GP or call 111.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
